Purpose and scope

These terms of sale apply to any purchase of a paid PartyPulse offer on quiz.leclubplus.fr from LA09TV-PROD.

They supplement the terms of use. They are available in French, English and Spanish; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Our plans

Free: 1 quiz, 10 players per game and 1 trial AI generation, with no time limit.

Party Pass: one-time payment, every feature unlocked for 48 hours for your party.

Pro: monthly or yearly subscription with every feature, all the time. Enterprise: on quote, tailored to your organization.

Each plan is described in detail on the pricing page at the time of your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.

Payment is made online by card or any other method offered by our provider Stripe. LA09TV-PROD never has access to your card details.

Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted.

Invoices

An invoice is issued for every payment. It is available at any time in the customer portal, from your account.

Invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

The Party Pass

The Party Pass can be activated up to 12 months after purchase. After that, it expires.

The 48 hours of access start when you launch your first real game, not when you buy: you can prepare your quizzes in advance without using up your Pass.

The Pro subscription

The Pro subscription runs for one month or one year, depending on the option chosen, and renews automatically at the end of each period.

Payment is taken at the start of each period. You will be reminded before a yearly subscription renews.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal in just a few clicks.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep Pro access until then. The current period is not refunded on a prorated basis.

Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan is based on a tailored quote. Any specific terms agreed in the quote or contract take precedence over these terms of sale.

Promo codes

Promo codes may be offered. They apply under the stated conditions (eligible plan, validity period, number of uses), cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you normally have 14 days after purchase to withdraw.

Our offers are digital content and services supplied immediately. When ordering, you expressly ask for them to start right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once they have started.

For the Party Pass, it starts when you launch your first game. So a Pass that has never been used can be fully refunded if you ask within 14 days of purchase, simply by e-mailing contact@la09tv-prod.fr.

For the Pro subscription, it starts as soon as you subscribe, since the features are unlocked immediately.

Guarantees and complaints

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to digital content and services.

Governing law and mediation

These terms of sale are governed by French law.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to settle it amicably. Consumers may then use a consumer mediator free of charge: [TO BE COMPLETED: consumer mediator].

Failing an agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules that consumers enjoy in their country of residence.
