Data controller

The controller of your data is LA09TV-PROD, 7 route de Foix, 09240 Montels.

Organizer data

When you create an account, we collect your e-mail address, your name and, if you choose one, your password, which is only stored hashed (argon2). With Google sign-in, we receive your e-mail, name and profile picture.

We also keep your quizzes, media, game history, plan and purchases.

For security, we keep technical logs (sign-ins, sensitive actions, IP address).

Player data

Players have no account and no e-mail: all we know is the nickname they choose, their answers and their scores.

This data is deleted automatically 90 days after the game.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service to organizers (account, quizzes, games, payments): performance of the contract.

Running games for players: legitimate interest of the organizer and of LA09TV-PROD in offering the game.

Securing the service and preventing fraud and abuse (security logs): legitimate interest.

Issuing and keeping invoices: legal obligation.

AI quiz generation

When you use AI generation, the theme, text, document or web address you provide is sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to produce the quiz.

Do not include personal data or confidential information. We only use this content to generate your quiz.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the LA09TV-PROD team only as far as necessary, and to our processors: OVHcloud (hosting and storage, in France), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation) and our e-mail sending provider.

We do not sell your data and we show no advertising.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your data is hosted in the European Union.

Only the content sent for AI generation is processed by Anthropic outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. This transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Stripe may also process some payment data outside the European Union, with the same safeguards.

Retention periods

Organizer account data: until the account is deleted.

Player nicknames, answers and scores: 90 days after the game.

AI generation logs and audit logs: 1 year. Invoices: 10 years.

Security

We protect your data with appropriate measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted access, logging of sensitive actions and backups.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data.

In Settings, “Download my data” gives you a copy of your data and “Delete my account” erases your account.

For any other request, write to contact@la09tv-prod.fr. We reply within one month.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or with the data protection authority in your country.

We only use strictly necessary cookies, described in our cookie policy.
